Tasks

The following is expected of you:

A varied task area with responsibility and scope for design:

• Internal IT problems solved by employees
• Setting up new workstations
• Setting up new systems and applications
• Ensuring IT security and data protection
• Management and maintenance of our server and network infrastructure
• Care of the telephone system and mobile devices
• Installation, updating, and monitoring of software solutions
• Analysis and optimization of internal IT processes
• Maintenance and documentation of IT systems
• Contact person for external IT service providers and support partners
• Support in digitalization projects within the company
• Training of employees in handling IT systems and new tools
• Backup monitoring and data backup management

Qualification

The following would be ideal:

• Team spirit, organizational talent, and a structured work style
• Eigeninitiative, hands-on mentality, and sense of responsibility
• Outstanding communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Computer and foreign language skills
• Car driving license and driving license of the DE class, advantageous
