Experience with or knowledge of Windows server and workstation LAN networks, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, Exchange server, MS Office
Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions

Job Description
Lead and manage the IT team, including system administrators, support technicians, and developers.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection strategies.
Manage software and hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
Collaborate with other departments to support technology needs and innovation.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Plan and execute IT projects, including upgrades and migrations.
Experience in ERP implementation and integration projects
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
