Job description
Opportunity for IT MANAGER role in new location of SANEX company situated in Sandulesti commune (near Turda): COMPETENCES (Experience, knowledge, skills)
- Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management (IT service with SLA and IT applications)
- Advanced knowledge of installing and configuring Microsoft operating systems, client/server – mandatory
- Moderate knowledge of cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 (MS 365 - medium hybrid, email house/in cloud, Azure) - moderate level (familiarized, effective experience)
- Good understanding of functional understanding and administration of security solutions (Antivirus, Firewall, IDS, IPS)
- Advanced knowledge of networking design (Cisco, HP, Fortigate – L2 & L3 switching & firewall)
- Moderate level in database management (DB query; maintaining databases, updating versions with impact analysis)
- Moderate knowledge of PowerShell and automation (e.g. deleting virtual machines that are not visible in the graphical interface)
- Advanced knowledge of Hyper-V platform (used at group Lasselsberger level)
- Advanced knowledge of installing, configuring, and administering storage (types of equipment exist, how they are configured in the network; SAN, NAS, types of raid)
- Advanced knowledge of structured cabling and physical infrastructure (preparing new locations / expanding existing ones)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, NPS, DHCP etc.)
- Prior experience in interconnected IT structures, technologies for interconnection, VPN channels, MPLS etc. (e.g. headquarters and branch offices, subsidiaries and multinationals)
- Prior experience in project management, vendor management, and IT acquisitions (collaboration with the procurement department)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant experience equivalent
- Prior experience in IT management – minimum 2 years
- Good organizational skills, prioritization, follow-up of own/ team activities
- Ability to coordinate an IT team (2-3 members)
- Increase confidence in leading change and implementing/improving processes and procedures
- Practical thinking with emphasis on implementation
- Capacity to manage complex and difficult situations
- Problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
- Proactive attitude, oriented towards solutions
- Good collaboration and communication skills, both within the company/group and with partners
