Tasks - Management of IT infrastructure, systems, services, and providers for Swiss and international users (excluding USA, China, Japan) - Ensuring a stable and error-free IT operation - Planning and implementation of updates, patches, and system validations - Technical support and system administration, including outside regular working hours - Support for end-users for company applications (ERP, MES, document management, etc.) - Definition of support levels and coordination of internal/external resources - Management of IT contracts, licenses, and budget - Leadership of the IT team: goal setting, training, development, and security - Collaboration with departmental teams and corporate IT - Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (e.g. GDPR, ISO, FDA, SOX) - Leading IT projects: planning, implementation, time and budget control - Supporting global IT projects and system validations (ERP, OCOS/STELLA, etc.). Professional Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (FH, University or equivalent engineering education) - Very good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken) - Funded knowledge of Windows systems, Azure, O365, VMware, SQL Server, etc. - Knowledge of Linux/UNIX is an advantage - Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) - Technical know-how in handling hardware (PCs, printers, networks, etc.) - Experience with technologies in warehousing and production (RF devices, IoT, etc.) - Project management experience in introducing hard- and software - Experience in a regulated production environment (ideally 24/7) - Organizational strength, leadership qualities, intercultural competence, and high service orientation - At least 5 years of experience in IT management
