Miejsce pracy: Poznań Recruitment for Our Client is a leading manufacturer of appliances designed to improve the comfort of leaving. It operates as a substantial entity with a revenue of 60 million USD and a workforce of over 200 full-time employees. The European segment consists of two primary locations and three sales offices across various countries. The organization serves as both a production and sales entity, with its production facility located in a region near Poznań, supplying products to the global market. We are looking for an IT Manager who will be responsible for managing the IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, and providing technical support to employees. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives; • Managing a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff; • Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration; • Providing technical guidance and support to employees; • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations; • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate should have: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in IT management; • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in English.
