The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of our IT systems, including network administration, server management, database administration, and software installation. You will also be expected to provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and implement new technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain all aspects of our IT systems, including network administration, server management, database administration, and software installation. • Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and implement new technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the medical centre. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in healthcare technology. • Participate in regular meetings with the Practice Manager/Directors to discuss progress, issues, and future plans. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. • 3+ years of experience in IT management or a related field. • Strong understanding of network administration, server management, database administration, and software installation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Familiarity with healthcare technology and industry trends.
