IT Manager / IT Project Manager (m/w/d)

As IT Project Manager (m/w/d) at Matusch GmbH, you will be responsible for introducing our ERP software solutions in the special transport and crane industry. In a collegiate, open team with flat hierarchies, you will design digital processes that make a noticeable difference to our customers. Tasks

• Coordination and leadership of ERP implementation projects at our customers
• Main interface between IT, sales, development, and users
• Steering parallel projects with a focus on time, budget, and quality
• Analyzing and optimizing customer-specific business processes
• Early identification of project barriers and active solution finding
• Using modern tools such as our own ERP software, SQL, and collaboration solutions
• Structured communication with all project participants
• Participation in the further development of our project standards and processes

Qualification

• Completed education or degree in IT, business informatics, communication, etc.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management – ideally with an IT focus
• Techical understanding, but no programming knowledge required
• Familiarity with digital tools, databases, CMS & Co.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills in customer dialogue
• Structured, self-reliant working style and high personal responsibility
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills a plus
