Tasks

You will be responsible for the stable, secure, and future-proof operation of our IT systems and continuously develop our server, network, and cloud environments with your team.

• You will take on the role of Scrum Master and ensure clear processes as well as efficient collaboration in the IT team.
• You will be responsible for the stable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure and remain hands-on.
• You will design a strategic, scalable IT architecture for our international growth.
• You will drive automation, DevOps, and infrastructure topics forward (e.g., CI/CD, IaC).
• You will identify optimization potential, prioritize it with stakeholders, and implement it sustainably.

Qualification

• You have a completed degree or training in the IT field as well as several years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• You bring fundamental knowledge in Linux, network technology, virtualization, containers, and automation.
• You have knowledge in the area of IT security and common standards such as ISO 27001
• You ideally have first leadership experience gained.
• You work structured and solution-oriented and possess very good German and English skills.
