We are developing a groundbreaking innovation at PGXperts GmbH in Fürth that enables personalized medication for everyone. Every person metabolizes differently – and processes medications in their own unique way. What works well for one person may show little effect for another. Standard therapies do not work equally well for all. That's where we set the stage: Our PGXperts System supports doctors, therapists, and patients in designing treatments more precisely, effectively, and safely. Tasks

You will be responsible for the stable, secure, and future-proof operation of our IT systems and continuously develop our server, network, and cloud environments with your team.

Your future tasks

• You will take on the role of Scrum Master and ensure clear processes and efficient collaboration in the IT team.
• You will be responsible for the stable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure and remain hands-on.
• You will design a strategic, scalable IT architecture for our international growth.
• You will drive automation, DevOps, and infrastructure topics forward (e.g., CI/CD, IaC).
• You will identify optimization potential, prioritize it with stakeholders, and implement it sustainably.

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• You have completed a degree or training in the IT field and have several years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• You bring fundamental knowledge in Linux, network technology, virtualization, containers, and automation.
• You have knowledge in the area of IT security and common standards like ISO 27001
• You ideally have first leadership experience.
• You work structured and solution-oriented and have very good German and English skills.
