Hire Resolve's client is looking for an IT Manager to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT infrastructure and support services. This includes managing the IT team, coordinating IT projects, ensuring data security and compliance, and providing technical support to staff. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems - Manage and lead the IT team, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members - Coordinate IT projects and ensure timely and within budget completion - Ensure data security and compliance with relevant laws and regulations - Provide technical support to staff - Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues - Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors and suppliers. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field - 5+ years of experience in IT management - Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
