IT Manager – Digital Transformation & ERP

Role

We are looking for an IT Manager to join a structured industrial organization, with a key role in guiding the evolution projects of information systems, digitalization, and the company's technological transformation.

The resource will have a strategic role in defining and evolving the company's IT architecture, leading digitalization, technological innovation, and information system transformation projects.

The ideal candidate combines solid managerial and project management skills with a good understanding of business processes and ERP systems, having previously directly managed migration and technological innovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and support the evolution of the company's IT architecture in line with operational and strategic needs.
• Manage digitalization, innovation, and technological transformation projects.
• Coordinate ERP and management system implementation and migration projects.
• Collaborate with Management and company functions to integrate new IT solutions into existing processes.
• Manage and coordinate technological partners, vendors, system integrators, and external suppliers.
• Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security systems, and devices.
• Coordinate the IT team and monitor activities and performance.
• Ensure operational continuity, data security, and adequate service levels.
• Manage the IT budget and support technological investment planning.
• Monitor technological evolution and identify innovative solutions to support the business.

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in IT Management roles.
• Experience in managing Digital Transformation and technological innovation projects.
• Concrete experience in managing ERP and management system implementation or migration projects.
• Knowledge of business processes and, preferably, of production contexts on a project basis (su commessa).
• Ability to coordinate complex and cross-functional projects.
• Experience in managing suppliers, vendors, and system integrators.
• Knowledge of the main Project Management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Design Thinking tools.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure and Cyber Security topics.
• Ability to manage teams and IT budgets.

The gross annual salary for this role ranges from 35,000 EUR to 50,000 EUR.

The position is classified under the CCNL Commercio e Terziario (National Collective Labour Agreement for Commerce and Tertiary Sector) applied by our company.

Placement within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be evaluated with prior internal approval.
