IT Manager Craiova

We are recruiting an IT Manager to coordinate IT activity at a local level and ensure the optimal functioning of infrastructure and information systems.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and development of the IT team
• Administration and optimization of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware and software equipment)
• Implementation and respect for IT standards at an organizational level
• Management of IT projects and collaboration with internal and external teams
• Ensuring cybersecurity and data protection
• Support for ERP systems and applications used in the production environment
• Budget management for IT and relations with suppliers

Requirements:

• Higher education in computer science or related fields
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, at least 2 years in a coordination role
• Experience in an industrial/production environment – constitutes an advantage
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and security
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Advanced level of English language proficiency
