We are looking for an IT Manager to lead IT operations and drive technology transformation initiatives within a structured and dynamic corporate environment. Key responsibilities: Ensure stability, availability, and performance of IT operations (infrastructure, applications, networks, service desk, and cybersecurity); Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering development, engagement, and high performance; Manage technology projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budget, and results; Act as a strategic business partner to drive digital transformation and innovation; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy; Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards; Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the IT organization.
