Descripción del empleo IT Manager (BA - Supply Chain & Ops) Avery Dennison is seeking a dynamic IT Manager to lead our BA's team, with a strategic focus on ERP systems for Supply Chain and Inventory. As a key member of the Global IT Organization, this leadership position will act as a strategic partner to the Operations, Supply Chain, and senior leadership teams, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with global business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and leveraging technology to drive business outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in ERP systems, Supply Chain management, and Inventory control. Additionally, experience with cloud-based technologies, data analytics, and process automation is highly valued.
