Job description
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the IT Manager is responsible for driving the organization’s IT infrastructure, operations, governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation efforts. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution across a broad spectrum of IT systems, including cloud, data automation, enterprise platforms, and user support. You will be expected to lead project delivery, ensure service reliability, and partner with stakeholders to align IT with business objectives. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The IT Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and services. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing IT strategies and roadmaps • Managing IT budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements • Leading project delivery and ensuring service reliability • Partnering with stakeholders to align IT with business objectives • Managing a team of IT professionals • Providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and trends, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field, is required. A master’s degree or higher is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering IT projects and services.
