Tasks

• Administration and further development of existing IT infrastructure, including Windows system landscapes
• Operation and management of central servers, systems, and enterprise applications
• Planning and implementation of IT projects, as well as the development and implementation of new technical solutions in a team
• Ensuring IT security, system stability, and availability in on-premises and cloud environments
• Monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting, including error analysis and continuous optimization of systems
• Automating and documenting IT processes, as well as creating and maintaining technical system and process documentation

Qualification

• Degree or training in the IT field, e.g. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) for system integration, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in administering Windows server and Microsoft infrastructure in complex IT environments
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview in the corporate environment
• Fundamental knowledge of Active Directory as well as network services such as DNS, DHCP, and PKI
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, IT project management, or Microsoft certifications is advantageous
• Safe handling of PowerShell for automating administrative tasks and processes
• Experience in IT security and cloud environments (on-premises and cloud) as well as a structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style
