About the organization
An international organization is looking for an IT Local Support Agent to guarantee a stable and efficient IT environment. In this role, you are responsible for hardware management, onboarding, and supporting internal teams.
Your new function
- Configuring and deploying laptops for new and existing employees
- Guiding IT onboarding sessions for new colleagues
- Managing hardware inventory and documentation
- Installing, maintaining, and decommissioning servers, printers, network equipment, and access points
- Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Advising and supporting internal IT teams
- Documenting procedures and operational tasks
- Actively contributing to knowledge sharing and training within the team
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in hardware/software support and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of MS 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Technical affinity and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in Dutch & English (additional languages are a plus)
The terms of employment
- Permanent contract of 38 hours per week
