The following are your tasks as: Consulting internal demanders to software licenses, license models, and license usage.
Accompanying tenders and license negotiations with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
Creating monthly license balances and deriving potential savings and optimization opportunities.
Developing and quality assurance of IT Asset Management processes (SAM & HAM)
Maintenance and structuring of the IT Service and Performance Catalog
Definition of performance modules (e.g. service vouchers, SLA classes, directories)
Coordination of technical and procedural questions with external IT service providers.
Interface to IT procurement for tendering, awarding, and billing of IT services.
Documented and further development of the IT Service processes.
So convince us: Completed degree in (Economic) Informatics or comparable qualification
Multiple years of experience in license management, software asset management, and contract law
Technical understanding of modern IT infrastructures (Cloud, SQL, scripting)
Knowledge of cloud licensing models (e.g. Azure, AWS) as well as service provider licensing.
Outstanding analytical-conceptual skills and structured working method
Able to immerse yourself in complex IT contracts.
Very good German language skills and good English.
