IT Leadership Role with Team and Budget Responsibility

Tasks

To strengthen the leadership team, we are looking for a dedicated individual as Team Leader (m/w/d) for a consulting team with technical and disciplinary responsibility, combining technological excellence with leadership strength.

Team Leadership & Development

• You lead a team of 10 MA in IT specialists technically and disciplinarily.
• You foster an open, collaborative work culture and continuously develop your team.
• You recognize potential, set targeted development measures, and motivate your team to achieve top performance.
• You are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing new employees.
• You actively work on long-term employee retention and create an environment where people can develop professionally and personally.

Customer Relationships & Consulting

• You are the central point of contact for customers and build long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
• You take on customer requirements, analyze and structure them, and prepare them so that Requirements Engineering can work optimally.
• You are operationally involved in customer projects and ensure high satisfaction on both sides.

Project Work & Technical Leadership

• You take on technical leadership roles in projects and support your team with technical questions and architecture decisions.

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in the IT service industry
• Experience in leading teams or projects
• Excellent communication and customer orientation
• Excellente German language skills
• Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial action, and high self-initiative
• Pleasure in taking responsibility and actively shaping things
