IT Management (m/f/d) for our Clinic Customers

You will take on IT management for one of our clinic customers and shape it long-term. From day one, with full responsibility.

Actura takes on operative management functions in hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. Our claim: Implementation instead of consulting. For this, we are looking for experienced IT executives who will take over IT management at our customers' sites and become a permanent part of the clinic.

The entry often occurs in a special situation: an unstaffed IT management, a reorganization after a cyberattack, preparation for NIS2 and KRITIS audits, an HIS change, or integration after a change of ownership. You create clarity, lead the team, and build an IT system that lasts.

Your Job: Leading where it matters.

• As IT Manager, you will be responsible for IT operations, team, budget, and service providers at the customer's site.

• In the first few weeks, you will gain a clear picture of the situation and, together with management, develop an IT strategy with a robust action plan.

• You will lead and develop the internal IT team, manage external partners, and reorganize contracts and services where necessary.

• You will be responsible for information security and compliance: ISMS, NIS2, KRITIS, and B3S, reporting, data protection, and audits.

• You will drive the major topics: HIS change, data center and cloud migration, telematics infrastructure, digitalization, and KHZG (Hospital Future Act).

• You will report to management and committees and work closely with works councils, data protection officers, and clinical departments.

• You will set up structures, processes, and documentation in such a way that the IT runs stably and audit-proof in the long term.

Your Profile: Experience, Attitude, Leadership.

• You have several years of management experience as an IT Manager or in a comparable role, ideally in a hospital or healthcare setting.

• You possess broad IT expertise: infrastructure, network, and security, as well as clinical applications (HIS, PACS, medical device connectivity).

• You are familiar with the regulatory requirements for clinics (NIS2, BSIG and KRITIS, B3S, GDPR) and have managed audits and inspections.

• You have held budget and contract responsibility and negotiate confidently with suppliers.

• You quickly orient yourself in new organizations, make clear decisions, and gain the trust of management, doctors, and nursing staff.

• You communicate understandably, assert yourself with good judgment, and remain calm even in crises.

• You want to shape things long-term and are fully committed to the clinic on-site.
