Our client, a mid-sized company in the Munich region that stands for tradition as well as innovation, is looking for an experienced IT-Leader in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central area. In this key position, you will actively shape the IT landscape, drive digitalization projects forward, and lead a motivated team. If you combine strategic thinking, leadership experience, and expertise in Dynamics NAV/Business Central, this position offers the opportunity to optimize processes sustainably and significantly influence the digital future of the company.

Tasks

• Operation and optimization of ERP (Business Central / NAV)
• Develop and implement IT strategy
• Safeguard infrastructure, networks, and applications
• Lead and develop the IT team
• Ensure IT security
• Steer projects: migrations & digitalization
• Select and manage service providers
• Standardize IT processes
• Advise management on IT trends

Qualification

• Fundamental knowledge of ERP systems (NAV / Business Central)
• Multiple years of IT experience, ideally in a leadership position
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, IT security, and modern software architecture
• Experience in classical and agile project management
• Outstanding leadership skills, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented working style
• Software distribution: Baramundi
• Backup systems: Veeam
• IT cyber security: Sentinel One
• Databases administration: SQL
• Network monitoring
