We are looking for you at short notice as IT-Leiter (m/w/d) for a Munich-based consulting firm. The position will be filled directly with our client in an unlimited term of employment.

Aufgaben

You take overall responsibility for the IT of our client – and understand this responsibility above all as strategic. You think in scenarios, anticipate developments, and drive topics like Cloud-Transformation, KI-Integration, and digital future-proofing actively forward. In doing so, you are a true sparring partner to the management: You bring impulses, question the status quo, and translate technological trends into concrete recommendations for action.

You lead a five-person team that is responsible for the operational daily business – and don't shy away from taking matters into your own hands when needed. However, your actual contribution lies elsewhere: in the further development of the IT landscape, in the wise guidance of external service providers, and in the ability to think technology as a competitive advantage.

Strategisch & gestalterisch

• Development and implementation of a future-oriented IT strategy in close exchange with management
• Identification, evaluation, and introduction of new technologies – with a special focus on cloud solutions, SaaS integrations, and AI applications
• Budget planning and responsibility for the entire IT area
• Steering and further development of our external IT service providers
• Fachliche Führung und Entwicklung des IT-Teams

Operativ & hands-on

• Participation in the administration of IT hardware and software, as well as the care of our approximately 250 employees at the location
• Safeguarding stable IT processes, interfaces, and conference technologies

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in an IT leadership role, ideally in a consulting or service-oriented environment
• A keen sense for technological trends and their entrepreneurial relevance
• High affinity for cloud environments, SaaS ecosystems, and AI applications
• Entrepreneurial thinking, clear communication on decision-making level, and the ability to make complex issues understandable
• Pragmatism: You know when strategy is needed – and when you just need to solve the problem
