• Comprehensive responsibility for the IT environment of the company (including ERP systems, data management, server architecture, infrastructure, IT security)
• Analyzing the existing setup and developing a structured plan for measures and projects
• Developing a sustainable IT strategy in close coordination with the executive board
• Further development of digital processes and optimization of existing IT systems
• Budget planning and control for the IT department
• Selecting, guiding, and evaluating external service providers

Qualifikation

• Degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics or equivalent qualification (e.g., training in the IT sector)
• Multiple years of professional experience in an IT function at a mid-sized company – ideally with first-time leadership experience or as a versatile IT all-rounder
• Fundamental technical knowledge in operating IT infrastructures, servers, networks, and IT security
• Experience working with ERP solutions and SQL databases
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Communication skills, teamwork, and analytical thinking
• Safe handling of German and English
