Aufgaben

• Total responsibility for the stable, secure and economical operation of the IT landscape of a mid-sized company including budget responsibility
• Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des IT-Teams (3 Mitarbeiter & ein Azubi) as well as steering and coordination of external IT service providers
• Planning, steering and implementation of IT projects with a focus on infrastructure, applications, IT security, data protection and backup and emergency concepts
• Responsibility for the ERP implementation including rollouts, optimizations, user support and continuous further development
• Closely working together with management and departments to reflect, optimize and digitalize business processes in IT systems
• Ensuring efficient IT service management (incident-, change- and problem-management) as well as targeted development of IT young talent through coaching and knowledge transfer

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable education with several years of experience in a responsible IT function, ideally in the mid-sized sector
• Fundamental knowledge of operating modern IT infrastructures, particularly server-, network- and client systems, Windows environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), databases and Microsoft 365
• Experience in managing external IT service providers and software vendors as well as complex IT projects
• Structured, solution-oriented and practical working style with a deep understanding of business processes and hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
• Communication strength and leadership skills combined with very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Vocational training certificate an advantage
