IT Lead

The technology function provides critical support to all areas of the enterprise, managing systems, security, and data to ensure reliability, integrity, and confidentiality. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can drive business outcomes through technology solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and priorities. • Providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure effective use of technology in achieving business objectives. • Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement process improvements that leverage technology. • Managing and leading a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the technology function. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. • At least 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a finance-related environment. • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. • Experience with project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
