Tasks

• Interface to IT: You support our developers in implementing IT tasks and ensure that projects do not stall.
• Lead-Management: You keep track of our inquiries and ensure a clean management system.
• Automatisierung: You help simplify processes through smart tools (e.g., No-Code Workflows).
• Kommunikation: You are the voice to our IT partners – whether by email or phone, you communicate safely and friendly in German.

Qualification

• IT Affinity: You know what a browser cache is and have no fear of new software tools.
• Lernhunger: You are eager to learn about new technologies, even if you don't have a study background in it.
• Kommunikationstalent: Your German is fluent in word and writing. You can explain complex things simply.
• Struktur: You work conscientiously. When you manage leads, nothing gets lost.
