IT Configurations Manager (w/m/d) sought! Ref.Nr. 4121!

We are looking for an IT Configurations Manager in the ITIL environment (w/m/d).

Tasks

• Setup and administration of a configuration management database (CMDB) according to ITIL
• Setting up configuration management including product library and authorization concept
• Initialization and maintenance of products as well as product configurations
• Analysis of IT monitoring and process performance, definition of KPIs
• Creation of concepts and specifications in the field of configuration management
• Ongoing optimization of systems, processes, and documentation
• Independent execution of professional tasks and leadership of internal projects
• Support for project leadership in the respective specialist discipline

Qualification

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• At least 2 years of experience in IT service management according to ITIL standard
• Professional experience in configuration management (after studies 2 years / after training 5 years)
• Knowledge of database modeling (e.g. SQL)
• Experience in creating professional concepts
• German C1 and English B1 (according to CEFR)
• Travel readiness as well as a 60-80% home office share
