Job description
Tasks
- Hardware Replacement
- Taking the old device from the user and handing over a new one. No installation required.
- IT Support
- You document your completed work in a ticket system
Qualification
- IT Affinity, preferably also IT newcomers (m/w/d) with IT knowledge
- Techical training / retraining in the field of IT (e.g. as a computer scientist (w/m/d), assistant for information technology (w/m/d), or comparable practical experience is advantageous
- Basic knowledge in the hardware and software sector: Microsoft Windows 7/10, Office 365, Outlook, Notebooks, Desktop PCs, Printers, Networks etc.
- First experiences in on-site or telephone support are advantageous
- Good German language skills for communication with our customers are a prerequisite
- Class B driver's license
