IT Inhouse Consultant - Digitalization & Transformation (m/w/d)

You drive the digitalization, automation, and use of KI in our company actively forward. Together with the departments, you identify potential, develop innovative solutions, and implement them directly at the interface between business and IT.
You shape digital workflows, set up KI-use-cases, and optimize particularly sales- and customer-oriented processes in an international environment. Thus, you make a central contribution to the digital transformation of our company.

Tasks

• Analyze and optimization of business processes to identify digitalization and automation potential with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Development and implementation of modern solutions in the form of workflows as well as Low-Code/No-Code applications for sustainable process improvement
• Conceptualization and realization of KI-applications and use cases to successfully integrate new technologies into the company
• Counseling and close cooperation with departments, including conducting and moderating workshops for joint solution finding
• Translation of professional requirements into practical, technically implementable concepts and accompaniment of implementation
• Participation in international projects and digitalization initiatives to establish future-oriented working methods throughout the company

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of business informatics, IT management, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the context of IT, digitalization or consulting as well as understanding for analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Experience in project management or partial projects and basic knowledge in IT governance and transformation methods
• Interest or experience in process automation and handling KI- or workflow technologies
• Analytical and structured thinking ability, as well as the ability to prioritize complex topics and prepare them for target groups
• Experience in moderation and cooperation with different stakeholder groups
• High self-reliance, solution-oriented approach and ability to act as an interface between IT and departments
• Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
