Your area of responsibility | More than just infrastructure

• Operation and further development of the IT infrastructure (servers, network, clients)
• Gradual assumption of IT security responsibility in line with the Rexel Group (with the target function of CISO in the company)
• Analysis of vulnerabilities as well as derivation and implementation of measures
• Sparring partner for the IT Team Lead Infrastructure on security topics
• Participation in international initiatives and exchange with global IT teams
• Involvement in IT projects (Cloud, On-Prem, Applications, Security)
• Support with audits, awareness topics, and documentation

Your profile | Experience + Ambition

• Completed IT education (HTL, FH, TU) or comparable experience
• Several years of practical experience in system administration / infrastructure / network
• Initial experience in IT security or clear motivation to develop in this direction
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (servers, applications) as well as network understanding
• Excellent German + English (for collaboration with Group IT in Paris + Security Team in the USA)
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and desire to take the next step
• Team player with strong communication skills + confident demeanor
