IT-Infrastruktur Manager*in (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

This is what you can expect from us:

Tool & IT Infrastructure:

• Design and optimization of a grown, diverse system landscape
• Analysis, structuring, and optimization of system and data flows
• Development and maintenance of scalable automations for efficiency gains (e.g. with Zapier, n8n or comparable tools)
• Orienting towards scalability and future security in a strongly growing company group

Administration & Support:

• Technical on- and offboarding including setting up accounts, roles, groups, and permissions (e.g. Google Workspace, Notion, Asana)
• 1st- & 2nd-Level-Support for the team

Data Protection & IT Security:

• Further development of IT security and data protection structures
• Maintenance of security guidelines and access concepts
• Collaboration with data protection officers and external partners
• Care of endpoint security and mobile device management

Hardware & Assets:

• Purchasing, setting up, and managing hardware
• Maintenance of asset and license management

Your Profile

This is what you bring with you:

• Education, study or comparable practical experience in the IT field
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in IT administration and IT infrastructure
• Understanding of interfaces (APIs) and system-spanning data flows
• Experience with automation tools and workflow optimization (e.g. Zapier, n8n, Make or similar)
• Experience with modern cloud and SaaS tools (ideally Google Workspace)
• Knowledge in IT security, data protection (GDPR) and secure IT processes
• Structured, self-responsible, and service-oriented work style
• Fast comprehension of technical topics and tools
• Very good German and good English skills
• Readiness for regular on-site work in Stuttgart (hybrid possible)
