IT Infrastructure Team Leader

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a coordination or leadership role;
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and infrastructure services;
• Solid knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019);
• Experience with network design, configuration, and administration (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, etc.);
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization and other virtualization technologies;
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure projects (migration, upgrades, rollouts);
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring daily operations and long-term strategic goals are met;
• Manage and supervise installation, administration, and maintenance of servers, storage, networks, and IT systems;
• Oversee database backup, recovery, and business continuity processes;
• Ensure IT infrastructure security, compliance, and alignment with company policies;
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure projects (server upgrades, network expansions, system migrations);
• Act as main point of contact for infrastructure-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders;
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvements to increase availability and efficiency;
• Collaborate with other departments (Production, Logistics, Quality, etc.) to ensure IT systems support business needs;
• Manage procurement and lifecycle of IT infrastructure assets (hardware, software licenses, auxiliary equipment);
• Provide mentorship, training, and development support to IT infrastructure team members.
