Opportunity for the role of IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER in the new location of the company SANEX situated in the commune Sandulesti (near Turda): COMPETENCES (Experience, knowledge, skills)
- Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management (IT service with SLA and IT applications)
- Advanced knowledge of installing and configuring Microsoft operating systems, client/server – mandatory
- Moderate knowledge of cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 (MS 365 - medium hybrid, email house/in cloud, Azure) - moderate (familiarized, effective experience)
- Good understanding of the functionality and administration of security solutions (Antivirus, Firewall, IDS, IPS)
- Advanced knowledge of networking design (Cisco, HP, Fortigate – L2 & L3 switching & firewall)
- Moderate knowledge in database administration (DB query; maintaining databases, updating versions with impact analysis)
- Moderate knowledge of PowerShell and automation (e.g. deleting virtual machines that are not visible in the graphical interface)
- Advanced knowledge of Hyper-V platforms (used at the group level Lasselsberger)
- Advanced knowledge of installing, configuring, and administering storage (what types of equipment exist, how they are configured in the network; SAN, NAS, types of raid)
- Advanced knowledge of structured cabling and physical infrastructure (preparing new locations / expanding existing locations)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, NPS, DHCP etc.)
- Previous experience in interconnected IT structures, technologies for interconnection, VPN channels, MPLS etc. (e.g. headquarters and branch offices, subsidiaries and multinationals)
- Experience in project management, vendor management, and IT acquisitions (collaboration with the procurement department)
- Higher education in the IT field or relevant experience equivalent
- Previous experience in IT management – minimum 2 years
- Good organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills for own activities/ team activities
- Coordination skills for an IT team (2-3 members)
- Proactive attitude in leading change and implementing/ improving processes and procedures
- Practical thinking, with emphasis on implementation

Job Description
General • Coordinates, organizes, and monitors all operational and strategic activities of the IT department. • Analyzes internal processes and sub-processes, identifies areas for optimization, and implements measures to increase performance, operational efficiency, and reduce costs. • Develops, implements, and updates policies and procedures regarding information security, access management, data protection, information transmission, and Internet access. • Evaluates technological needs together with department managers and proposes solutions that support business objectives and optimize IT infrastructure. • Conducts market analyses to identify the most suitable hardware and software solutions; proposes, justifies, and implements systems in accordance with company and group standards. • Develops and proposes the annual investment budget for IT infrastructure; coordinates the procurement process and ensures the correct and complete management of IT assets. • Ensures relationships with IT service providers for equipment under warranty and post-warranty, tracking activities such as service, repairs, testing, and putting into operation. • Supervises activities performed by external providers for hardware and software components of the IT infrastructure. • Maintains and develops relationships with subcontractors of the company, collaborating with them to identify and implement the most suitable IT solutions for the organization's needs.
