We are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, cloud services, servers, end-user computing devices, and AI-driven technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure & Systems Manage, maintain, and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including network architecture, server management, cloud services, and cybersecurity measures. Ensure the integrity and availability of all IT systems, applications, and data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that drive business value. Develop and implement strategies for IT infrastructure modernization, migration, and optimization. Analyze and troubleshoot complex IT issues, leveraging technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Provide expert-level support for AI-driven technology initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the field of IT infrastructure engineering to continuously improve and enhance the company's IT environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, network administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure architecture, cloud services, cybersecurity, and AI-driven technology initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
