IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

For an internationally positioned corporate group with multiple locations worldwide, we are looking for reinforcement for the infrastructure team at the Hamburg site.
This is explicitly not about a pure operations role. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, develops infrastructure, and actively shapes technical topics.

• Operation and further development of a modern IT infrastructure
• Focus on network, infrastructure, and security topics
• Participation and responsibility in infrastructure projects
• Further development of Microsoft, Cloud, and Hybrid environments
• Support of server, storage, and network components
• Analysis and resolution of complex incidents in the 2nd and 3rd level environment
• Collaboration with internal departments and external partners
• Contribution of new ideas for the optimization of processes, security, and infrastructure

• Several years of experience in the infrastructure environment
• Very good knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
  • Network & Security
  • Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Windows Server
  • Virtualization
  • Hybrid Cloud
• Experience in professional IT environments
• Very good German and good English skills
• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• Proactiveness and desire to take responsibility
