IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Specialist (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• You will implement and further develop our internal SharePoint system as a central platform for document management, intranet functions, and process automation.
• You will digitize existing workflows and set up new solutions together with colleagues.
• You will administer and maintain our server systems on premises, in the data center, or in the cloud.
• You will be responsible for the stable and secure operation of our network environments and firewalls.
• You will work on planning and implementing infrastructure projects.
• You will support areas such as virtualization, backup, and IT security.
• You will bring your own ideas, develop our technical environment further, and actively drive improvements forward.

Qualifikation

• A completed IT education, study or comprehensive practical experience.
• Good knowledge of server and network technology, such as Windows Server, VLAN, VPN, firewall technologies, and virtualization.
• Interest in SharePoint, automation, and modern digital workspaces.
• Independent, structured working style and joy in learning new technologies.
• Team orientation and the desire to take responsibility and drive things forward.
