IT Incident Management Analyst (Shift)

As an IT Incident Management Analyst (Shift), you will be responsible for providing incident management support to our customers, ensuring that incidents are identified, reported, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This role will involve working closely with our customers to understand their incident management requirements, developing and implementing incident management processes and procedures, and providing training and support to our customers on the use of our incident management tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of incident management principles and practices, and will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in the use of incident management tools and systems. In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
