Job description
· Min. 2-3 years of experience in a position of Leader of Implementations / Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager or related. · Ability to manage project stakeholders. · Very good knowledge of ERP, CMS, WMS or similar systems. · Knowledge of server and database environments used in enterprise solutions. · Understanding of IT infrastructure (hardware, networks, operating systems). · Ability to identify risks and plan preventive actions. · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. · Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. · Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
