We are looking for an IT helpdesk technician who is organized and proactive! - If you have experience in the IT field (constitutes an advantage), - Knowledge of hardware, - Knowledge of Windows, Linux (constitutes an advantage), - Knowledge of networking, - Communication, planning, and organizational skills within a team, - Team spirit.
Job Description
How will you make a difference with us? - You will ensure the optimal installation of computer networks, IT equipment, and software in Profi stores, according to the company's requirements; - You will respond to technical support (helpdesk) for IT&C problems in stores, ensuring that equipment and software function optimally without interruptions and resolving issues quickly; - You will maintain contact with IT&C product and service suppliers (computers, cash registers, scanners, printers) to obtain products and services necessary for the smooth operation of the company.
