IT Helpdesk Technician - Otopeni

🌍 Location: Otopeni (near Henri Coandă International Airport)

⏰ Schedule: Monday - Friday: 08:00-17:00 (1-hour break)

💰 What We Offer:

• Salary of 4000 lei is net salary + maximum bonus of 500 lei/month;

• A structured training period, starting with basic tasks (using the ticketing system, installing Windows/applications) to more complex activities, such as managing devices in Intune and configuring network equipment;

📋 Responsibilities:

• Configuring laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment, including network devices such as routers and switches;
• Installing and updating operating systems and applications used in the company;
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software incidents;
• Managing relationships with external partners for service and maintenance of equipment (laptops, printers, etc.);
• Providing on-site support at two locations in Otopeni and remote support for users from the rest of the country, as well as Hungary;
• Collaborating with other departments to procure, prepare, and deliver IT equipment in a timely manner;
• Participating in occasional trips to other branches in Romania (approximately 1-2 per year).

💼 Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role – represents an advantage;
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Intune, as well as basic network concepts;
• Clear communication skills and user orientation;
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities, both for hardware and software;
• Proactivity in identifying and preventing potential problems;
• Promptness in resolving incidents, with respect to response times;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritize correctly the incidents that arise, ensuring that all situations are managed efficiently and according to SLA;
• Knowledge of English – conversational level.
