IT HELPDESK - Technical Support for Office Equipment

• A available role in Cluj, Mureș, Sibiu or Alba Iulia, with regional coverage in neighboring counties.
• More than a year of experience in IT Hardware

• If you have experience in activities such as support, installation, maintenance or service for office equipment;
• If you are organized, detail-oriented and proactive;
• If you like to communicate easily and relaxed with new people and colleagues;
• If you always believe that 'there's room for improvement' and strive to constantly improve yourself;
• If you are flexible and oriented towards finding quick solutions, even in unpredictable situations;
• If you have technical skills above average, operating on a computer;
• If you have a driving permit category B (at least 2 years old)

You will do:

• You will ensure technical interventions on office equipment, especially printers/copiers/fax machines/multifunctional devices, at client locations or in the company;
• You will travel to the site, depending on schedules and requests;
• You will perform periodic reviews of printing equipment held by clients;
• You will diagnose, troubleshoot, configure equipment and repair any defects;
• You will provide technical support via phone for clients or colleagues;
• You will manage the inventory of spare parts and non-conforming products.
