IT Helpdesk - on site Bucuresti

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Providing technical support for internal users in the use of IT equipment;
• Installing and configuring hardware and software systems;
• Technical support for peripheral IT devices (scanners, printers, phones etc.);
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems for equipment and applications;
• Repairing defects in software and hardware, including replacing defective components;
• Using infrastructure management applications and remote connectivity for on-site interventions;
• Driver's license type B, available for travel (company car).

• Escalating incidents if necessary, and tracking resolution.
• Knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and installing/configuring IT equipment;
• Knowledge for introducing and managing groups in Active Directory
• Updating and tracking tickets in the system.
• Basics knowledge about IT security and software license management.
