We are looking for an IT Hardware Support team in Sibiu, passionate about technology, eager to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.

If you have basic knowledge of installing and maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting and technical support, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring IT equipment (computers, printers, phones, network);
• Diagnostics and resolution of hardware/software interventions;
• Providing IT support to users at the basic level;
• Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge in IT hardware, software, and networking;
• Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills;
• Eagerness to learn and work as a team;
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
