Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Ensure hardware systems are optimized for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues across departments.
- Develop and implement standardized hardware configurations and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and replacements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking for all hardware components.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware management or systems administration.
- Proficiency in managing desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Strong knowledge of hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades.
- Familiarity with asset management tools and inventory tracking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
