Job description

Role: IT Head (Hardware)
Location: Pasodara, Surat
Experience: 2-5 years
Salary Range: 30k-40k pm

Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Ensure hardware systems are optimized for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues across departments.
Develop and implement standardized hardware configurations and best practices.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and replacements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking for all hardware components.

Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware management or systems administration.
Proficiency in managing desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices.
Strong knowledge of hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades.
Familiarity with asset management tools and inventory tracking systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
