We are looking for an IT Hardware & Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d).

Also possible as a part-time employee or on a mini-job basis!

The job is fun because you…

• keep track of our IT hardware inventory at the Alsfeld location and ensure clear structures.
• ensure that new colleagues are perfectly equipped from day one – with functioning devices and everything they need.
• send out, exchange, and receive devices, thus directly contributing to a smooth daily workflow.
• check deliveries, store hardware properly, and reliably maintain inventory in the system.
• independently coordinate repairs and warranty cases and keep track of returns.
• actively participate in relocations, rollouts, and technical installations at our locations.
• work independently while being part of a dedicated team.

You are special to us because you…

• work in a structured, tidy, and reliable manner – even when multiple tasks await you simultaneously.
• enjoy organizing things and implementing them practically.
• ideally have experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, office management, or a comparable field.
• are comfortable using common devices such as laptops and smartphones – specialized IT knowledge is not required!
• think solution-oriented, tackle challenges independently, and communicate clearly within the team.
• have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• possess a Class B driver's license and are willing to travel to other locations occasionally.
• live in the Alsfeld/Vogelsberg area or within reachable distance (the position is on-site).

The most important thing: A traditional IT qualification is not required. We are impressed by your reliability, organizational talent, and practical aptitude!
