IT Functional analyst

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 2+ years of experience in IT Functional Analysis; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and tools; Certification in IT service management (ITIL) is an asset.
