IT Functional Analyst - Banking

In this role, you'll be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of innovative IT solutions for our banking clients. You will work within a dynamic team and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design efficient solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications. * Solution Design: Design and propose innovative IT solutions that meet client requirements. Create detailed functional and technical documentation. * Implementation: Support the implementation of IT solutions, including configuration, testing, and user training. * Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in the banking sector. * In-depth knowledge of banking processes and systems. * Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Proficiency in English and Italian. Preferred Skills and Experience: * Experience with specific banking software and platforms. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies. * Experience with project management tools.
