For our location Darmstadt, we are looking for:

IT First-Level-Support (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Erection, configuration, and commissioning of IT hardware
• First point of contact for general IT inquiries (e.g. printer problems, software installations, password resets)
• Analyzing technical malfunctions, developing solution proposals, and coordinating repairs
• Introducing new team members to the company's IT environment
• Monitoring hardware inventory
• General support in IT daily business

Qualifikation

• Affinity to IT topics and technical understanding
• Fundamental IT knowledge
• Ideal, first-hand experience in IT support or a comparable activity
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
