IT Financial Services Analytics Team Lead

Position Overview The IT Financial Services Analytics Team Lead is responsible for managing a team dedicated to implementing and maintaining analytics solutions for the IVECOGROUP Financial Services department. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality analytics services, supports business stakeholders in identifying analytics needs, and leads the evolution and modernization of data analytics platforms in alignment with IT standards and governance. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Professional Development: • Lead a team of analysts and developers to deliver high-quality analytics solutions; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs; • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team. Analytics Solution Implementation & Maintenance: • Design, develop, test, and deploy analytics solutions using various tools and technologies; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions into business processes; • Ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics services that meet business requirements and standards. Analytics Platform Evolution & Modernization: • Lead the evolution and modernization of data analytics platforms in alignment with IT standards and governance; • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize analytics platform improvements; • Ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics services that meet business requirements and standards. Communication & Collaboration: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, team members, and other IT teams; • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs; • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team. Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field; • Strong leadership and management skills; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies; • Familiarity with IT standards and governance.
