Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The IT Finance Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support the IT office and administrative flows in relation to procurement, invoice processing and day to day office management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Finance/Audit related Diploma/Degree would be advantageous
  • High level of MS Office proficiency – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint experience preferred
  • Must be detail orientated
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player with a high level of dedication
  • Clear criminal record
  • Experience on SAP software, invoice management processes and requisition management processes is advantageous
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience as an IT finance administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards
  • Experience in financial & audit reporting

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to SAP Finance, ensuring that contracts are adhered to, and services meet business needs
  • Vendor management procurement and invoicing
  • Tracking and tracing all IT related procurement, invoice and payments related flows to completion
  • Applying and adhering to financial and operation controls and procedures and general IT administration tasks
  • Must have knowledge of procurement processes
  • Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations
  • Support team in ensuring contracts/licensing and admin up to date
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration
  • Assisting with operational and capital cost processing tasks
  • Assisting with budget cycles
  • Assisting with financial reports
